The gap between two phases

Between purchase, permits and construction, buildings often stand empty for months or years. An empty building costs money, attracts squatters and drops out of its neighbourhood.

We furnish it, find the people who live in it and run everything until the owner needs the building back. Owners earn instead of waiting. Guests get a furnished home on flexible terms, without a Swiss credit history.
