Perfect for expatriates and international students, the property offered an ideal setting for connection and community.
The owner was able to generate stable revenue from the moment of acquisition until the planned start of construction.

Ideally located for students attending nearby universities, the units were transformed into functional, fully furnished shared living spaces — offering affordable and flexible housing in a well-connected neighborhood.

In the exclusive municipality of Rüschlikon, we transformed three apartments into fully equipped shared living spaces.
Project Lake Edge showed how even in upscale residential areas, interim use can add real value—offering flexibility, comfort, and strong returns during transitional property phases.

A townhouse with a long history — and A/NTERIM had the privilege to be part of it.
As our pilot project, URBAN NEST, located in the heart of Zurich’s District 3, marked a successful launch for our concept.
For nearly two years, A/NTERIM brought life and energy to the property.
Despite delays in the start of construction, this building never stood empty.
