AARE HUB marks A/NTERIM's first project beyond Zurich, and proof that the model works wherever the need exists.
Hauptstrasse 18 in Aarau - Rohr offered solid bones, direct bus access, and an underserved tenant profile: young professionals and expats who need flexibility without paying city-centre prices.

In the exclusive municipality of Rüschlikon, we transformed three apartments into fully equipped shared living spaces.
Project Lake Edge showed how even in upscale residential areas, interim use can add real value—offering flexibility, comfort, and strong returns during transitional property phases.

As our pilot project, URBAN NEST, located in the heart of Zurich’s District 3, marked a successful launch and proof of concept.
For nearly two years, A/NTERIM brought life and energy to the property.
Despite construction delays, this building never stood empty.
