02 / Common misunderstandings

Not quite

I can give one month's notice like in a normal flat.The end date is fixed. Leaving early means the deposit is retained and the fee stays due until the room is let again.UA §4

04 / The kitchen

This makes the difference

In a shared flat everyone is jointly responsible for kitchen and bathroom. Most fines so far were about a kitchen left dirty. The fix takes three minutes after every meal.

Kitchen only.

Stove, counter and sink, right after.

Dishes washed and stored. Your food on your shelf.

Trash out

Official bags, on collection day. PET and glass separate.

  • Plan the first payment: fee, deposit, Move-In Fee
  • Tell us your payment method

  • Check the handover protocol
  • Photograph anything not perfect
  • Bring bedding and towels
  • Register your residence with the local authorities
  • Take out private liability insurance within 14 days of moving in
Duringevery month
  • Usage fee due on the last day of the month before

  • Clean every space after use
  • Trash out on collection days
  • Report damage and House Rule violations immediately
  • Talk to our Guest Relations team about any concern
