Designed for families and young professionals, the project blends functionality with A/NTERIM’s signature minimal aesthetic. Available as Rooms or Apartments.

Each room is move-in ready, equipped with modern furniture, high-speed internet, and access to shared kitchens and living areas. The setup balances privacy and community, making it the ideal choice for an uncimplicated short-term stay.

With its proximity to the center, the green spaces along the shoreline, and Zurich’s urban pulse, WOLLI BASE combines convenience, comfort, and flexibility – a temporary home designed for focus, connection, and balance.

We offer two contract options:

1) Fixed-Term Contract

• Fixed term until 31.06.2026

• Monthly payment, fixed contract until the end of duration

• 1 month of rent as deposit
  

2) Short-Term Contract

• Starting 01.09.2025 for 1–3 months (at your choosing)

• Payment of the entire duration in one installment

• 25–45% deposit depending on length of stay
  

The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen and a neat bathroom. These general spaces are professionally cleaned once a week. All offers include Utilities, furnishing, Weekly cleaning of general spaces (kitchen & Bathroom) and Wifi.
