We do not use your data for third-party advertising and we do not sell it.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and local storage that are needed to run the website: for logging in to the customer account, for security, and to keep a form you have started on your device.
For our own visitor statistics, the website stores a random visit ID in your browser that expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. We use no cookies for this and store neither your IP address nor your browser type. The statistics are kept in our own database and deleted after 13 months. You can prevent them by deleting or blocking website data in your browser. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
6. Recipients
We disclose data only as far as necessary for these purposes, to:
- service providers that process data on our behalf: website and network, database and hosting, email sending, card payment;

- the owner of the property, where our agreement with the owner requires it;
- authorities, in particular the residents' registration office, where the law requires it;

If you contact us via WhatsApp, the provider of WhatsApp also processes the message data under its own terms.
