01
Before
A townhouse with a long history in Zurich's District 3, waiting for construction to begin. Construction was then delayed.
02
The concept
Our first project: three apartments turned into ten furnished rooms for people who needed a place in the city for weeks or months, not years.
03
Outcome
For nearly two years the building never stood empty. Despite the delays, the owner had income and an occupied house until the day work started.
