1) Fixed-Term Contract

• Fixed duration Contract, Minimum 5 months, maximum until 30.11.2026

• Monthly payment

• 1 month of rent as deposit

2) Short-Term Contract

• Starting earliest from 15.11.2025 for 1–3 months (at your choosing)

• Payment of the entire duration in one installment

• 25–45% deposit depending on length of stay

The apartment features a shared kitchen and a clean bathroom with a separate toilet, shared with 2–3 other rooms. All shared spaces are professionally cleaned once a week.
