Each Apartments is move-in ready, complete with modern furniture, high-speed internet, and access to shared kitchens and living areas. The setup fosters both privacy and community, making it the perfect choice for a 5-month stay.

With its proximity to universities, the lake, and Zurich’s city pulse, ZOLLI BASE brings together convenience, comfort, and flexibility – a temporary home designed for focus, connection, and balance.

We have two contract options:

1) Fixed-Term Contract:

until 30.06.2026

Monthly Payment

1 Month of Rent as Deposit

2) Short-Term Contract:

1-3 Months Duration (at your choosing)

Payment of whole Duration in one instalment

25-45% Deposit depending on duration

The apartment has a modern kitchen and a neat bathroom with a separate Toilet. These General Spaces are clean once a week by our professional Cleaning Service.
