Zolli Base

15 furnished rooms across five bright apartments in Zollikon.

Nestled in the quiet charm of Zollikon, just minutes from central Zurich, ZOLLI BASE offers six fully furnished rooms across two bright apartments. Designed for students and young professionals, the project combines functionality with A/NTERIM's minimal aesthetic: clean lines, warm tones and thoughtful details. Each room is move-in ready, complete with modern furniture, high-speed internet and access to shared kitchens and living areas. The setup fosters both privacy and community. With its proximity to universities, the lake and Zurich's city pulse, ZOLLI BASE brings together convenience, comfort and flexibility, a temporary home designed for focus, connection and balance. Each apartment has a modern kitchen and a neat bathroom with a separate toilet, shared with two other rooms, and these shared spaces are cleaned once a week by our professional cleaning service.
